-Both the whole machine and the laser generator come with a
2-year warranty, excluding wearing parts. The warranty period starts from the machine finished date
notified by us.

-Lifetime maintenance free of charge is provided.
3. Do you offer training related to machine
operation?
-Free training courses are available at our plant.
4. How can I get after-sales technical support? What
communication channels are available?
-There is a specialized after-sales service group available
24 hours a day. Free technical support can be obtained via Email, WhatsApp, WeChat and other
channels.
5. Do I need additional debugging after receiving the
machine, and can it be used directly?
-The machine has been tested and adjusted before delivery.
You can use it directly after receiving it.
6. Do you provide on-site technical services? How are the
related costs borne?
-On-site technical services are available, including
machine installation, commissioning and maintenance. Customers need to bear the engineer's ticket
and related charges, and the accommodation problem shall be handled by the customer.
7. Is machine installation complicated? Which main parts
need to be connected? How to get guidance if there are questions?
-The machine is shipped in a full container with few
disassembled parts. The main parts to be connected are the laser source, water chiller and
controller. Detailed manuals and videos are provided. If you have any questions, our after-sales
staff can guide you hand by hand via video call.
